So the Broncos went to the Superbowl

We were pretty excited to be cheering on the Broncos!!  We were definitely the most excited Superbowl fans we knew in Longview.  Most people didn't care about the outcome, so friends were sweet to cheer on the Broncos for our sake (and maybe for Manning's, too).  Here are the kids making orange and blue cookies for our small group party -

We arrived at Opie and Natalie's house to Isaiah's friend, Kason, handing him a helmet at the door.  Cute!

 Having graduated from Pepperdine and grown up in CO, it was surprisingly difficult to pull together orange and blue clothes.  We did our best. 

Noelle's friend, Chandler, was wearing the same dress!

But, of course, our blue and orange wearing and cheering did not help.  The Broncos lost horribly.  At least we watched the game in good company.  And the cookies were good.
