Both kids loved crawling into Granddad's lap for story time. This definitely isn't a book geared for an 18 month old, but Noelle definitely likes to be in on the action, especially if it involves Granddad -

Grandma & Granddad
Here are a few more pics from our adventures with Grandma and Granddad. Noelle dubbed them 'Ma and 'Dad. Of course Luke and I enjoyed Jack and Roxanne, and they enjoyed us, but I don't think we could top the mutual enjoyment of the grandparents and the grandkids! The kids were enamored with both of them, wanting to be near them, with them, or in their arms as much as possible. I don't think the kids would have even noticed if Luke and I had left for a week. Maybe we'll have to try that next time :)

On Fathers' Day, Isaiah sang a song with the children's choir at church called "Jesus Love is Cool," and they did a great job. Since he can't read, and wasn't holding the words to the song, he was able to use a few small dance moves, too. He also did a "recitation" on his own, a poem about growing up to be like his dad. It was precious! As is the custom here, the men of the church were sent out for lunch at a restaurant after the service. Quite the Fathers' Day!
Coloring with Grandma -
We celebrated Luke's 32nd birthday with fish tacos (compliments of dolphin fish from Oistins and corn tortillas from the States) and his favorite carrot cake. Isaiah got to put the candles in the cake this year -
Enjoying the view at Bathsheba -
Grandma brought Noelle this darling swimsuit. I can't imagine a cuter one for our beach baby!
And this is what Luke and I get to do when there are grandparents with us at the beach -

I think Jack and Roxanne would say that Noelle's most-used word is "juice." It is her universal word for drink, and she talks about it a lot - her own juice, other peoples' juice, bottles of juice at the store, etc. A juice box is really special juice, and she won't let go of that box until it's gone -
At the Wild Animal Preserve, we didn't see as many monkeys or have any monkey attacks like last time! But, we saw these cute babies. It was so fun to watch them jump around -
A group shot with hot, squirmy kids -
A group shot with cooler, hungry-for-dinner kids before our last Oistins fish dinner -
I forgot to get a picture on Fathers' Day of these 3 generations of Tallon men, but here they are a few days later -
We miss you, Grandma and Granddad!

oh, when will aunts and uncles get to visit? Not so easy with the addition of cousins, but with pics like these you definitely won't have to do a hard sell! So fun! Cass
