All the grandparents came to visit!

 After the grandparents finally got their vaccines, everyone was more that READY to come down and visit, and we were ready to have them! 

First Grandma & Granddad. We were still in our final push of the semester, so they got to join us for all of the end-of-year hoopla. We also took a half day trip to Lake of the Pines for some fishing and exploring. Luke and I also left the whole crew for a 2 night trip to the Bishop Arts District in Dallas. We got a VRBO, parked the car, and spent the whole weekend in that area. We walked 10 miles on Saturday through old neighborhoods and parks. We walked to fun restaurants and enjoyed catching up on dates that didn't happen over the last year! Right when we got back, Isaiah was invited to a Middle School dance, so we scrambled for his "country" clothes and sent him off for a new experience!  

By the time Mimi & Pa arrived, our schedule had way slowed down! We spent time hanging out, playing at Lake of the Pines, fishing, and doing some art. The girls also got pedicures and the guys took a guided fishing trip. It was extra special to be with Mimi on Mother's Day. We also enjoyed meals at "The Farmhouse" and the girls spent the night one night too. 

We were so thankful to have a full month (!) of grandparents here. Hooray for covid vaccines and the chance to be together once again.
