Me: "Wow, Noelle. What a great game! You know, the first game is always a little bit tricky. It's confusing for a lot of people - especially for the girls that have never played before."
Noelle: "Yeah, it's not a problem for me. You keep forgetting that I've been playing for years! Once we get through the first inning, I totally know what's happening."
It was a fun season for the big kids! Noelle really came alive as a basketball player. We anticipated that this would be the year she took her fierceness to a new level - playing on an all-girls team. She was a surprising little firecracker on her team - playing great defense as well as offense. We loved watching her steal the ball, get it quickly down the court and score! She had several great games and she was always fun to watch!
Isaiah's season was fun in that Coach Luke coached the CC and Friends team. Although they lost every game against some fierce local teams, they all improved throughout the season and had a good time playing together. Several of the boys had never played!
