Well, who knew fall allergies could be such a beast in East TX? Apparently most people do. After letting the gunk settle into our lungs for weeks, we learned that most people around here take daily allergy meds for months in the fall - before the height of the season. And, it's not at all uncommon to have albuterol on hand for home breathing treatments. We learned all of this after ending up in urgent care for Noelle. Sweet girl has had the worst of it. She's been fighting it for 6 weeks now, though she's not needing the breathing treatment so much anymore. I have an appt. to get her seen about asthma, because I think she at least has seasonal asthma along with those allergies.
Everyone but Isaiah has used it since we've had it at home. Noelle and I were also on antibiotics. Luke and I are still fighting cough, but it's waning. And sweet Noelle is still sneezing and snotty. I'm trying some new meds today, so we'll see how that works for her.
