Recently we got to take a little trip across the border for a field trip to Gators & Friends. It's a little mom 'n pop alligator farm plus petting zoo all rolled up into one!
For days afterward, Lucy loved telling people how she held an alligator and it was squishy and she gave it a high 5. She really did give him a high 5, but she didn't really hold him and he wasn't squishy...
Everyone loved feeding all of these soft little mouths - deer, goats, llamas, and even a hairy coo!
Lucy and I watched the camel chewing for quite a while. She does a pretty good camel impression.
After passing out nearly 3 cups of food, Noelle chose a lucky little critter to finish it off.
What a fun little adventure!
