From the mouths of babes

Lucy:
- While throwing a ball back and forth, "Okay, Mommy.  I'll be the toddler and you be the big girl."
- Still getting confused on prepositions - "Mommy, what are we having to dinner?"  "I did the slide with my bum bum!"  "I did the swing with my tummy!"
- "I need some plastic for my lips." (chapstick)
- "I spy with something in my eye..."

Noelle:
- (Through guilt-ridden tears): "Mommy, just now when I was playing, I was saying 'but, butt, but, butt, but,' but I don't know which kind of 'but' I was saying!"  ("Butt" is a rude word in our house that we try not to say).
