Upwards Basketball

Our basketball season is coming to a close.  The last game is on Saturday.  It has been a fun few months!  Luke's learned a lot about coaching and Isaiah and his team have truly improved.  Isaiah's become a master at guarding.  Look out if you're his man to guard!

This league is all about encouragement and skill improvement.  No score, no stealing the ball, and everyone gets to play.  There are 2 games going on in the gym at the same time.  Every player is announced and cheered for at the start -

 And sometimes you get hit in the face with another player's head during half time goof-off time.  It's good to have a daddy coach.

It's been a great season!  We are looking forward to putting up a basketball hoop at our house in the next month or two to continue playing and improving our skills -
