Silly kids

Here are the kiddos with their buddies from church. We spend time together every Thursday night for the kiddos to play and the moms to chat. They love dressing up. Here they are showing us their muscles! I do have to say that Preston, Kenna Jo, and Stephanie are a huge answer to prayer! Before we came here, we prayed a lot for friends, and what a gift to be part of a church where I have a godly American friend with a son and daughter just a few months older than my son and daughter!
Noelle has figured out how to cross her fingers and she's very proud of it! She does it all the time now. And her other notable silliness of this week is that she's noticed that I dilute her juice with water, so now when she has milk, she insists that I put "wa-ter in it!"
And Isaiah was making up jokes on the way home from the store today. Knock knock + chicken crossing the road + boy humor turned into this:
Isaiah: Mommy, who crossed the road?
Me: I don't know. Who?
Isaiah: You say "the chicken"
Me: The chicken crossed the road.
Isaiah: Don't poop!
Followed by much laughter.

Isaiah's made-up joke: hilarious! :-) I clearly remember my youngest brother, Craig, doing the same thing. He'd ask "Why'd the chicken cross the road?" and I'd say "I don't know - why?" And he'd often say "apple dumpling!" and collapse into giggles. So fun...

Yes, the joke is a winner. I laughed out loud!
