Home Sweet Home - Part 2

And here we have the upstairs rooms. This is Noelle's room. It was particularly sweet to decorate this space for her since I haven't been able to do a nursery for her yet. We shipped the rocking chair and crib from the UK, so although our little family has been all over the place in these last few years, I've rocked both of my babies in the same chair and put both of them to bed in the same crib. I like that.
This is the staircase from the top. A baby-gate for up here is at the top of our list for things we still need. I don't know if this picture displays just now non-new-walker friendly these stairs are! And above the stairs is a strange little bridge area with a built in bench and windows looking out to the ocean. It seems like a nice idea, but if you sit on the benches, you can only see the sky. At the moment, it is where we're putting things we haven't found another place for yet.
Here's Isaiah's room. It's a great, happy 3 year old boy space.

And here's our room. Not much to it other than the bed and windows. Our closet is part of the bathroom and it kind of looks/feels like a sauna.

So, there you have it! I didn't include pics of the bathrooms, but there's not much to speak off except that there are, sadly, no bathtubs. And, I didn't include a picture of your room because we have a guest this week. But, I assure you, it is ready and waiting for your arrival.
