We love Luke!

I may have not done the best job photo-taking for Father's Day and Luke's birthday.  And, he actually didn't have much to open, but I think he felt loved!

Here is Father's Day morning.  Eggs benedict by request plus noise-reducing headphones for his lawn mowing at the new house, coupons from the kids to help him clean out his car and pack, and an IOU for  California t-shirt of his choice.  I look at this pic and know he is worthy of so much more.
What an incredible daddy he is to this little crew.

Hey!  A week later, same spot... 35th Birthday!  My parents were here for the weekend, too, so they got to enjoy the festivities as well.  We had casserole and monkey bread (made by the kids) before church in the morning.  In the evening, we had a bread/wine/cheese/olive/etc. spread and blackberry cobbler.  Luke was gifted w/ a Home Depot gift card, money, a coffee mug, and a(nother) IOU for a basketball hoop for the new house.  Fun to celebrate this wonderful man!   So glad I get to journey along through the years with him.
