After a quick stop over in Denver, we spent some time in the Springs. We did all of the usual things the kids look forward to - the airplane restaurant, Uncle Wilbur, movies, and lots of playing in the back yard. The kids spend a lot of time on the swing set and trampoline.
A fun addition to our COS time this year was back yard camping! We got a 10 person tent as an early Christmas present and we used it for the first time. The kids were SO happy to be camping. Lucy and I slept inside but came out to visit a few times. After smores, I suggested the kids come in to brush their teeth and was met by "But Mommy! You said we could spit on the ground and be grubby!!" After a fun night, the first words out of Isaiah's mouth were, "Can we do this again tonight??" We're looking forward to making good use of the tent in the years to come.

The pic of the kids in the tent remind me of when our kids were in the Thomas the Train tent at Codrington. They are so super sweet! Love seeing your parents and the Jack and Roxanne too!
