We always have some time to fill in the evenings between nap and dinner. Luke's not home yet, dinner's not ready yet, and the house is hot. The kids and I usually spend time outside, feeding the ducks or playing in the yard with balls or squirt bottles. Here are the kiddos on an evening a few days ago.

I wonder how the personalities and interests of your beautiful children will play out in relationship to the different ways in which they use their water bottles. Will your daughter be one that is always looking at how things fit together and fixing things? Will your son be more involved in how to use the resources around him to benefit others?
