First Haircut

We cut Noelle's hair! It was sweet - and sad! She's turning into a big girl too quickly. I tried to delay it, but those wispy bangs kept hanging in her eyes and she'd scrunch her nose and squint but not know how to get them out of her way. They were especially irritating at the beach when caked with fine, white sand. And, since she almost always removes bows and barrettes from her hair, we decided the time had come.

So after breakfast, Luke held her in his lap while I trimmed her bangs. Here's the before shot -
And after. I've definitely come home from the salon with that same expression!
And, after debating whether I should toss my baby girl's first clippings or try to save them and keep track of them, I opted for a photo.
