Halloween!

Wow! What a full day of Halloween festivities we had around here! I'd have to say it was the most fun and full Oct 31st we've had in a long time.

First, early morning cupcake decorating -

Then, a Tallon/Sykora pumpkin carving extravaganza -
Isaiah loved working with Daddy to create his jackolantern, though he preferred to play with a single seed as opposed to digging in the goo. Noelle was very happy to sit with Granddad, peeking inside the big pumpkins and chewing on the little one -
Here we are with our finished products -
After the pumpkins, the Tallons went out for lunch. We especially enjoyed having Cass here from Germany -

Then, of course, we have the kiddos in costume -

Shannon and David joined us for trick-or-treating -
We had quite the entourage following around the 1 trick-or-treater. Isaiah plus 9 adults :) Here we stopped to see who could through the farthest snowball. It was the warmest, most beautiful trick-or-treating night that any of us could remember.
Isaiah was (and still is!) beyond thrilled with his load of candy. The very first thing he did this morning was dump it out, asking Luke what each piece is and making decisions about which items he'd enjoy after lunch and dinner :)
