Celebrations

Here are a few pics from the last days of celebrations. Today is Boxing Day in the UK, which means that most stores, restaurants, etc. are closed. It means you have to be on top of things to be organized enough to get by without any trips to the store for a few days, but it makes for a really relaxing day to recover from all of the Christmas prep and festivities. So, at the moment, Isaiah is napping, Jack is reading, and Luke and Roxanne are wearing out the wii that is on loan from some friends who are in the States. And, I've been practicing using my new DSLR camera!! So, stay tuned for future pics :)

Here were are on the 21st, our 6th Anniversary! We had a lovely dinner at a local restaurant and enjoyed the peace of knowing that we're still happily in it 'till death do us part.

Christmas Eve:
On Christmas Eve morning, Jack fixed a Tallon traditional "hashbrowns and coke" breakfast. Needless, to say Isaiah l-0-v-e-d drinking Coke, especially from a bottle, especially at breakfast! Pretty tasty way to start the day -
We went to a candlelight carol service in the afternoon, let Isaiah open 1 present, and put together an Italian snack spread for dinner.
Christmas:
We started the day with stockings. One of the Tallon traditions I've come in to is that we all get goodies for everyone else's stockings. Part of the previous day this year was spent stocking-stuffer shopping. Then, we had a Christmas brunch. I prepared most of it, but Luke became the wreath maker this year.

After brunch, we opened presents and the day finished out with a lovely meal planned and executed by Luke and Roxanne. We were blessed to have a very sweet Christmas -
