This year, we took our "Christmas trip" to Colorado in October. Thanks to the wedding of Cass & Alex, we headed to our home state about a month ago. We spent a couple of weeks with the Tallon side of the fam and a couple weeks with the Sykora side. We actually just returned to St Andrews earlier today. I have to admit that I would rather be sleeping than blogging right now. But, Isaiah's little body seems to be convinced that, even though it's midnight in Scotland, it is time to play and eat and run around and explore and chat.... So, here goes the midnight post. Please don't hold me responsible for incomplete sentences or misspelled words or lack of dialogue or out-of-order pics. It was a wonderful trip, but I'm pretty tired -
A few highlights:
Luke and Jack up in the mountains -
Cass and her bridesmaids getting their hair done. I don't have too many pictures of the actual event, but it was beautiful!
Isaiah enjoying his first Colorado fall -
Isaiah was Tigger for Halloween this year. He's not really familiar with this character, so while we were at Shannon's school, we discovered a stuffed Tigger and introduced them.
Aunt Shannon, the butterfly, Mommy, the biker chick, and Tigger.
Playing with my pseudo-cousins and their cutie-pie kids -
Gammy helping Isaiah build towers -
Wedding shower for Cass -
Family pic before the wedding -
Isaiah and uncle David having fun -
A fun place to squeeze into - the entertainment system at Gammy & Grandpa's house -
Me and my sis on our "Christmas date" with our hubbies -
2nd Annual mother-daugther Christmas tea in downtown Littleton -
Isaiah and Grandpa in the backyard -
Playing with Aunt Shannon's cell phone. Isaiah loves buttons these days!
